Teacher Recognition Awards Program 

The Tecumseh Chamber of Commerce and Tecumseh Public Schools partner together to recognize outstanding teachers of the Tecumseh Public School System. The teachers are recognized during the March Chamber of Commerce monthly luncheon and presented with gift certificates that may be redeemed at any Tecumseh Chamber of Commerce members' business.  The awards given are:

Lola C. Durham Award - $400 Gift Certificate

President's Award - $150 Gift Certificate

District Teacher of the Year Award-$150 Gift Certificate
